Calves are raised with the cows in the pastures for 8 months. Then weaned from cow and moved to other pastures for another 5-6 months with supplements. Then moved to the full feed area.
At weaning they are vaccinated for respiratory diseases, if given any antibiotics are given they are pulled from the retail program.
All retail cuts beef and pork are USDA inspected.
All cutes are double wrapped in clear packages.
Ground beef and pork are double ground.
All family members are Beef Quality Assurance certified, also known as BQA.
The farm has Bio-Security plan in place with Kansas Dept. Ag.

Our beef is ranch raised with time, care, and Kansas grit. Because we do it right, we restock the beef once a month.
When it sells out, that just means the herd's doing its job.
